999Q Game Review: The 15x Rule, a Rebate Tab and a License Code Shared With 999V

Open the 999Q game, and the numbers arrive before you have done anything. There is 30% on a Rs 1,000 deposit, up to Rs 50,000 on a first deposit and Rs 1,000,000 on Member Days. We wanted to know what sits behind them.

So we signed up, went through the lobby, the Mission rules and the Rebate tab, and opened the login and withdrawal pages. Three details stood out. The new player rewards carry a 15x turnover rule. A Rebate tab pays cashback by studio, and K116 and 999V did not show one. The footer license code is identical to the one on 999V.

The Verdict in One Table

Area	Our reading
Lobby	Wide, with seven tabs and 19 studio names
Bonus rule	15x valid bets on New Player rewards before withdrawal
What is new here	A Rebate tab with cashback rows for each studio
Biggest concern	A license code that 999V also uses
Welcome claims	Rs 50,000, Rs 80,000 and 30%, with no visible terms
Still unknown	Payout time, fee amount and withdrawal hours

What Is the 999Q APK Game?

The 999Q APK Game is a gaming platform with a green and black look. One account covers crash games, slots, card tables, fishing games, live and sports. The site runs in a mobile browser at 999q22.com, and a bar on the home screen pushes the app.

Some guides call it a slot game, mention Urdu menus or describe an iPhone version. Our screens show a seven tab lobby and English menus. The Mission rules mention an iOS app, but we saw no iPhone app.

What Only 999Q Shows

The 15x Rule in the Mission Tab

The Promo page has Event, Mission, VIP, Rebate and Unclaimed tabs. Mission holds four chests worth 100, 300, 500 and 700 points, then a Newplayer list and a Daily Mission list. Two Newplayer tasks are on screen.

Task	Reward	Button
Sign up an account	Rs 70	Claim
Login to the APP (First deposit)	Rs 100	Go

The rules sit below the tasks.

Rule	What it says
Who qualifies	New users registering on the platform for the first time
To claim	SMS verification, payment method binding and the first recharge
How	Manually, within the time limit, limited to Android APP and iOS APP
Expiry	Every reward expires and is void if you miss the window
Turnover	15x valid bets before withdrawal

What 15x costs in rupees

Reward	Bets you must place
Rs 70	Rs 1,050
Rs 100	Rs 1,500
Both together (Rs 170)	Rs 2,550

The rules do not say whether 15x applies to each reward or to the pool, so we show both. Until the turnover is done, the reward is not cash.

Four more observations:

1. The +70 on the Register tab is the Rs 70 task. The amounts match, though the app never says so.
2. The Rs 100 reward needs a deposit. The first recharge is a claim condition, so it works as a deposit reward and not a gift. The top bar advertises a Rs 100 download bonus, which is likely the same offer.
3. Rewards are limited to the app. The browser prompts make more sense with that rule in mind.
4. 15x is lower than K116’s 20x. On K116 the turnover applied to rewards up to Rs 666, and our K116 Game review has that sum.

A turnover rule is not the only trap in this niche. The 7987 Game review shows how three buried conditions can change a bonus.

The Rebate Tab

At the top, the Rebate tab shows today’s estimated rebate, today’s valid bets and what you have claimed today, all 0.00 on our fresh account. It says the data updates every 10 minutes. Below that, Mini Games, Slot, Cards and Fishing each get a list with one row per studio. Every row shows valid bets, a rebate rate and a collectable amount.

Each row also carries a bar telling you to bet Rs 100 again for 0.20% cashback. The likeliest reading is a first tier that starts at Rs 100 of valid bets. The app shows no full tier table, so higher tiers may pay more.

Valid bets	Rebate at 0.20%
Rs 1,000	Rs 2
Rs 10,000	Rs 20
Rs 100,000	Rs 200

The rebate follows bets, not losses. It softens a bad run slightly and does not change the odds. It also counts toward nothing in the Mission rules that we could read.

The Rs 50,000 First Deposit Claim

Where	Headline
Signup banner	Deposit Rs 1,000, get 30% or more
Signup banner	Member Days 9, 19 and 29, top reward Rs 1,000,000
Event tab, New Member Bonus	Up to Rs 50,000 on your first deposit
Home notice	First deposit bonus up to 50,000 Rs
Event tab, New User Bonus	A 30% deposit bonus
Event tab, Deposit Bonus	Deposit daily, up to Rs 80,000 as a next day bonus

At a flat 30%, reaching Rs 50,000 would take roughly Rs 166,700 deposited in one go. The app does not say whether 30% is flat, tiered or capped. It also lists a New Member Bonus and a New User Bonus without explaining how they relate. We saw no turnover line beside any of these banners, so apply the 15x rule from the Mission tab as a warning, not as a fact about them.

One License Code, Two Apps

The footer says the Government of Curaçao regulates 999Q and quotes “Antillphone issued to 666/JAZ”. The 999V footer quotes the same code, and K116’s ends in 999/JAZ. A code that appears on two brands cannot identify either one. The rest of the sentence and the 2002 to 2026 copyright line are also identical across all three apps.

A strip of icons under the home banner points the same way. It links to five brands: 666C, 999V, 666H, M999 and K666. With matching signup pages, withdrawal pages and invite examples, a shared software template is the likeliest explanation. It does not show who owns any of them, and we make no claim about that. Our 999V Game review lines the two apps up screen by screen, and our 777 DX Game breakdown explains how APK brands partner and share lobbies.

999Q Game Download

Our session began in a mobile browser, where the app prompt is hard to miss.

1. A bar at the top of the home screen reads Download app Bonus Rs100, with a Download now button.
2. A scrolling notice repeats the message and mentions an optimized app experience.
3. A rotating banner offers redeem code money through a WhatsApp channel, up to Rs 66,666. The app does not explain how the code works, so we did not test it.

We captured no installer card and no store badge, so we can describe the prompt but not the install itself. Because the Mission rules limit claims to the app, the download is where the rewards start. Settle on one web address first, since we saw both 999q22.com and 999Q.game, and copycats lean on near identical names. Install only from the site’s own prompt, never from a link forwarded on WhatsApp or Telegram. For a comparison with another app’s install and deposit steps, see our 7A Game review.

999Q Game Login and Signup

Signing Up

The signup card matches the one on 999V: phone or email, a password or a code, an over 18 tick box and a +70 tag. Our 999V Game review goes through each field. The Rs 70 behind that tag is claimed later in the Mission tab.

The Login Page

Part of the page	What the app shows
Identifier	Phone number, email or profile
Method	Password Login or Code login
Tick box	“Remember account password”, ticked by default
Links under the button	Customer Service, Demo, Forgot Password
Quick login	Google, Facebook, Telegram
Register tab	A +70 tag

The Remember account password box was already ticked when the page loaded. On a shared phone, untick it before you log in. Use a login password that differs from your withdrawal password. We did not tap Forgot Password or run a code login, so we describe no recovery steps.

Deposit in Brief

The cashier is the same as 999V’s in our check, with wallets and a USDT tab. Our 999V Game review lists the methods and the badge maths. Check the limits and badge amounts in your own app, because they can differ between apps even when the layout matches.

999Q Game Withdrawal

The withdrawal page offers Normal withdrawal, Convert to crypto and Withdraw to deposit, with Rs 100 to Rs 100,000 and a six digit password before you confirm. Our test account showed JazzCash. The page states no payout time, fee amount or hours, and we ran no live payout, so ask Customer Service for the fee in writing.

Detail	What the page shows
Range	Rs 100 to Rs 100,000
Lock	Six digit withdrawal password
VIP 1 daily limits	Unlimited amount and unlimited times
VIP 1 fee free orders	0
Not stated	Payout time, fee amount, withdrawal hours

The 00:00 to 23:59 on the Support page is when the chat channels are online, not a withdrawal window. The 0 fee free orders at VIP 1 hints that a withdrawal can carry a fee. Withdraw to deposit carries a +1% tag, and we ran that sum in our 999V Game review. Converting to crypto points to a USDT route, and the 588 PKR Game review shows how awkward one can get.

Any bonus you claim adds turnover to this page’s journey. Under the 15x rule, a Rs 170 reward means Rs 2,550 of valid bets before the money can leave.

Inside the Lobby

Tab	What we saw
Hot	Aviator three times (WG, 2J, SPRIBE), Chicken Road 2.0, Fortune Garuda 500 and 1000, Piggy Bank, Crazy777
Mini Games	Spribe, WG, INOUT, JILI, 2J, JDB
Slot	PG, JILI, WG, with JDB, Pragmatic Play and FC tiles partly cut off
Cards	JILI, WG, KingMidas, MW, HB
Fishing	JILI, WG, JDB, FC, YellowBat, with an MG tile partly cut off
Live	EVO, SEXY, PP
Sports	9Wickets, IM, FB

Several tiles carry big multiplier labels: Piggy Bank shows 13000x, Crazy777 and Money Coming show 10000x, and Fortune Garuda 1000 shows 1000x. Those are top prize ceilings, not usual results. The winners strip is advertising too, with masked wins up to Rs 298K.

We count 19 studio names. One small slip in the app: the first tile in the Cards tab is labelled JILI Slots. Some guides name Teen Patti, Rummy and Ludo, but we did not open the card tiles, so we cannot confirm those titles.

The Rest of the Promo Page

Banner	Headline
Invite a Friend	Earn up to Rs 10,000
Invitation Bonus 1	Referral bonus, Rs 500
Invitation Bonus 2	Referral bonus, Rs 2,000
Invitation Bonus 3	Up to 3.0% commission daily
VIP Club	Exclusive privileges and rewards
Mystery Jackpot	“Has arrived”, with no figure
Daily check in	Earn rewards, with no figure

VIP 1 needs a Rs 100 deposit and Rs 800 of bets. VIP 2 and VIP 3 show totals of 25 and 80, and VIP 4 is cut off at the screen edge. The commission example is the one we worked through in our K116 Game review, where an agent earns about 0.62% against a 3% headline. For another platform’s commission figures run through the same calculator, try the A6 WIN Game review.

Support

Channel	What we saw
Message Center tabs	Support, News, Notice, Marquee, Reward Feedback
Chat buttons	Online Services, Telegram Customer, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook
Hours shown	00:00 to 23:59 for the WhatsApp and Facebook channels
Reply speed	We did not test it

Can You Trust 999Q?

We cannot call it safe, and here is why in plain terms.

Several things are on screen and genuinely useful. The Mission tab states its 15x turnover openly. There is an over 18 tick box with a User Agreement link, a six digit withdrawal password and clear withdrawal limits. The footer also admits that final profit is not guaranteed.

Several more things sit out of reach. The license is only a footer claim, and its code is shared with 999V, so it identifies nothing. “We complete all checks” names no checks. We found no payout time, no fee amount and no responsible play tools such as deposit limits. Two web addresses appeared on screen, and the app never says which is official.

Check any license with the issuing body directly. If you decide to try it, risk only an amount you would shrug off losing, and time one small withdrawal before you add more.

Who This Suits

If you want	Our view
A lobby to browse	Seven tabs and 19 studio names, plus a cashback layer in the Rebate tab
The headline bonuses	Slow down. Rs 50,000, Rs 80,000 and Rs 1,000,000 arrive with no visible terms, and the New Player rewards carry 15x
To recruit players	The commission example pays about 0.62%, and income comes from other people’s bets

999Q Beside 999V

Question	999Q	999V
Colour theme	Green and black	Purple and magenta
License code in footer	666/JAZ	666/JAZ
First deposit headline	Up to Rs 50,000	8888 reward
Rebate tab	Yes	None in the tab bar
Turnover rule visible	15x on New Player rewards	Not in our capture
Mission chests	100, 300, 500, 700	100, 300, 500, 700
VIP 2 and VIP 3 totals	25 and 80	27 and 83

The full three way table with K116 and 8557 is in our 999V Game review. Our 8557 Game review covers the app in this group with the biggest lobby.

999Q Concluded

The 999Q Game is a polished app with a wide lobby, a tidy VIP page and a Rebate tab that shows what your bets earn back. It states its 15x turnover openly, and it asks for a second password before any cash leaves your account. We like both.

The bigger questions are about trust. The welcome claims of 30%, Rs 50,000 and Rs 80,000 come with no terms we could see, and the commission example pays far below its headline. Most important, the license code is the one 999V also uses, so it proves nothing about who runs 999Q. The app is also silent on payout time and fees.

If you decide to play anyway, set a budget before you open the app, work out the turnover on any reward before you claim it, and leave when the budget is gone.
